The latest version features a combo box just below the menu bar that keeps a track of edited and viewed registry keys. A RegEditX pull-down menu is also available for managing, and the user can run RegEditX from any command-line merely by typing "RegEditX <start key>". It has attractive customized features for selecting parts of a key as the user types into the combo box Ctrl+Left and Ctrl+Right stop at backslashes.
The application works with Windows 98 / ME / 2K / XP and even on Windows Vista, but the user needs to have administrator rights.
